A: On average, it takes 5–10 business days to complete your artwork. Timing may vary based on current order volume.

A: We offer digital illustrations, art prints, framed options, and canvas prints. You can choose your preferred format when ordering.
Q: Can I include more than one pet in the same portrait?
A: Absolutely! Please let us know how many pets you'd like to include. Additional charges may apply.
